Gender Inequality is the social process by which men and women are not treated as equals and deprived of opportunities and rights.
Gender Inequality is evident in all institutions in the world. The culture that we live in is one dominated by masculinity.
While women have made great strides in academia, they are still not at a level to their male counterparts, but we surely hope women will continue to grow and hopefully secure good employment opportunities.
There is a need to address Gender Inequality which is one of the biggest issues, Nigeria is facing.
